RTO 365 Day Return Policy.
At RTO we want you to fish like a Pro, that’s why we offer our fellow fishermen/fisherwomen a very flexible return policy. We want you to be confident in the products you purchase from RTO, and have the freedom to find what you like. We offer the best tackle and equipment available, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with an unused product purchase at RTO, you have a full 365 days to return it to us.
Returned products must be unused and in the original, untampered package with the original receipt/invoice. The consumer shall be responsible for all return shipping charges.
If properly returned within 90 days, the consumer may be eligible for a full refund for the product value at the time of purchase. All credits will be applied to the original method of payment.
If properly returned after day 90 (and up to 365 days after the purchase), the consumer may be eligible for a store credit equal to the total product value at the time of purchase.
RTO reserves the right to determine and limit excessive or habitual return activity from consumers. RTO is a fair and equitable operation and reserves the right to reject improper returns, including but not limited to: damaged items, mispackaged products, products without receipt of purchase, etc.
RTO reserves the right to charge restocking fees for returned items, if applicable. Any single item totaling over $100.00 will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
